Electronic License Service, LLC (ELS) has established relationships with the offices of Illinois Secretary of State, Illinois Department of Revenue, City of Chicago City Clerk and Cook County Clerk to provide the following services:

• ELS is an Illinois Secretary of State authorized electronic service provider for print-on-demand license plate renewal stickers
• ELS is an Illinois Secretary of State authorized electronic service provider for the Electronic Registration and Titling (ERT) program for vehicle transactions including:
  • Title and License Plates 
  • Passenger and B-Truck Plates issued
  • Title and Plate Transfer
  • Title Only
  • Duplicate/Corrected Title

• ELS is an Illinois Secretary of State authorized electronic service provider for Illinois Vehicle Title Inquiry
• Illinois Department of Revenue for the collection of vehicle transfer taxes
• City of Chicago City Clerk for print-on-demand city stickers including residential zone permits
• Cook County Clerk's office for birth, marriage and death certificate processing
• Cook County Department of Revenue for Unincorporated Cook County wheel tax payments
